Ancestry announced two options for desktop software that will work with Ancestry:

Software MacKiev is acquiring the Family Tree Maker software line as publisher for both Mac and Windows versions.
Ancestry and RootsMagic have entered into a partnership to bring the Ancestry integration features to RootsMagic.

We will plan a workshop in the fall for JGSGB members to discuss these desktop programs. In the meantime, please post any questions or helpful guidance on our Facebook page.
