To help welcome new members and introduce them to the society, we are offering new members the opportunity to be paired up
with a "seasoned" member of JGSGB.
Seasoned members will assist new members by:
• answering their questions about JGSGB
• helping them meet other JGSGB members
• telling them about upcoming programs and resources
• helping them find answers to research questions
While a buddy won't be able to answer all of a newcomer's genealogy questions, a buddy may be able to point out programs,
resources or others members with common interests.
In matching up buddies, we will try to match towns of residence or similar areas of research to the extent possible.
